SHIPPING POLICIES:
Our rings are made to order and as such are shipped in 3-5 days from the moment you order them.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you chose.
Estimated delivery times are as follows.
Regular free shipping to
Europe > 7-10 business days
United States > 2-3 weeks
Canada > 3-5 weeks
Australia and New Zealand > 3-4 weeks
Continental Asia > 3-5 weeks
Hong Kong > 1-2 weeks
Rest of the world > up to 5 weeks

All items are shipped with signature confirmation as is policy at our post office for all international packages. If your order does not arrive by the above EDT, please contact us right away and we will find your order. In our experience, orders rarely (1-2%) get lost but it has happened. In that instance, we will send a replacement right away. 

We ship worldwide but may be limited by our own post office. If we cannot ship to you for whatever reason, we will let you know right away and you will receive a full refund immediately.
