You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. If the tracking number isn't working, contact us at info@dzefer.com, and we will look it up. As we are located in Montenegro, Europe, some orders won't be tracked outside Europe.
FAQ
All our rings are handmade to order. This means you have about 3 days from the moment you order a ring and the payment is confirmed to cancel (or change) an order. All cancellations are accepted for whatever reason. However, if we shipped the order, it can no longer be canceled or changed. Either way, contact us and let us know if you have any issues with your order.
We get paid through Payoneer. Once you place an order, you will receive a link to finalize the payment. Once there (Payoneer), you can pay regularly. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other local payment options. For a full list of accepted payment methods, please visit our payment options page.
When the payment is finalized, we will start making your perfect ring.
Yes! If we notice multiple orders from the same person, we will first contact you to make sure it wasn't a mistake. If it's not by accident, we will pack your rings together.
We love making custom orders. Because each order is unique, the price will vary between custom orders. Your first step is to contact us. Then we will create the perfect design together. Once you are happy, we will create a link for you with all the details, and you can purchase the custom order from there.
Currently, we offer FREE international shipping via our post office. We will be adding FedEx soon as a faster shipping option; however, this will not be free.

Yes, we ship to many countries around the world. Please check our shipping policy page for more information on international shipping. There are a few countries that we cannot ship to depending on our country's policies, but we will contact you if there are any issues.
First, we make your ring, which takes 3-5 days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on your location.
Most of Europe: 5-10 business days
United States: 2-3 weeks
Canada: 2-4 weeks
Australia and New Zealand: 3-5 weeks
Hong Kong: 1-2 weeks
South America: 2-4 weeks
Asia: 3-5 weeks

These are estimated times based on our experience. Actual delivery times will vary depending on the time of year.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To request a refund, please contact us at help@dzefer.com right away and let us know. We will give you all the details to ship the item back to us. Once the item arrives, you will receive a full order.
Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the order on our end immediately. However, it can take up to 7 business days for your bank to process it. You can contact your bank for further details. Our transaction to you should be visible to them in 24-48 hours, if not right away.
Sizing Questions
I received the wrong size/ring doesn't fit.
Ordering rings online can be tricky because different companies use different sizing tools. It is generally universal, but a small difference in sizing can make a big difference with rings. So, we have sent a small ring sizer with your order. Use it to find the size that works for our tools. Contact us at help@dzefer.com and let us know. We will start working on the new ring right away. Once complete, we'll ship it at no extra cost. You will have to return the first ring, but you'll receive those details in the email we send you once you contact us.
I want to order a ring, but I'm not sure about the size.
You can download our sizing chart here. Print it out "to actual size" and use the small square to double-check that it was printed correctly. Then, use a ring you already own to find the perfect size for you.
Each country has different purchase limits for when it will and will not charge customs and/or VAT taxes. You should check that with your local post office or customs. (The information can be found online.) Most European countries may charge additional VAT. The U.K. may also charge customs. Again, check what your country's financial thresholds are.
Depending on what our post office requires of us, but generally we will value the parcel the full order amount.
