This wooden wedding ring is made from real walnut burl. Burl refers to the cut of the wood. It is sliced from the stump which gives the wood a very unique and organic looking pattern. Burl is one of the rarest cuts made as it is an expensive and complex process. The wood, when being cut, can easily break but once it is made into one of our rings is solid and waterproof. The dark color is natural and specific to walnut wood.

All wood rings are lightweight and super comfortable to wear. They are the ideal ring for those who find wearing rings uncomfortable or just weird. Also, as there is no metal present it is truly hypoallergenic.

We do not add a layer of glue over the rings once complete. This keeps the rings natural feel and appearance. The shine is achieved just through labor and sanding the wood to a smooth finish.
