This unique ring was designed with the help of our Instagram followers. It's made with solid 925 sterling silver and an inlay of Olive Ash wood. The light colored wood has a beautiful curved grain throughout and no two rings are alike.

Olive Ash wood is European Ash with a specific feature, that is the curvy grain. Ash wood is used for many wood working projects but it's also often used for sport "tools". That is baseball bats, hockey sticks, and oars. If your man is a sports fan, this is the perfect gift.

Also, Ash wood is important in Norse mythology as the tree is the "Tree of Life" so if you're looking for Viking themed items, you just found something really cool.

This ring can be made 4mm to 10mm wide. The silver edges will always be just under 1mm wide so the wider the ring, the more wood is shown. The ring pictured is 8mm wide.
